He was the talk of the town when he is accused of shooting at Megan Thee Stallion’s feet and wounding her after a party in the Hollywood hills on the 12th of July – 2020. Let us find out what was the controversy and how he continues to be concerned about underserved communities in Texas.

Tory Lanez and Megan Thee Stallion Controversy

Last summer the controversy of Tory Lanez and Megan Thee Stallion made the headlines since the rapper confessed to having been the one who shot the Houston woman in the foot, to later profit from everything with a record and denies everything.

The truth is that she continues to maintain her version, in which she assures that “she had just left a party at someone's pool in the Hollywood Hills”, when they began to argue inside the car in which she was leaving, so “she decided to get off to go home in another way ”.

Even though those who were with her “insisted that she get on it”, she ignored it, and “Tory ended up shooting her”, supposedly.

This ended with the police at the scene and a scared Megan because "they were black and you know what's going on lately," that's why "she didn't accuse Tory at first" and tried to hide what happened, because "they had a loaded gun ”.

The fact is that the networks were divided into haters and people who supported her, but her co-workers did not hesitate to be by her side, such as Beyoncé and Jay-Z, who told her to "live your life and pass the shit".

However, it is more than clear that Tory Lanez could not buy her silence, but that she has even won two indictments for crimes of possession of weapons and assault.

After this, he will likely continue to deny everything, as she continues on her way to the top and has been named rapper of the year by GQ.

Whatever, but after this controversy, Tory Lanez has been charged with assault with a firearm and holding a full-loaded arm in his vehicle.

Lanez’s lawyer has filed a not guilty plea on his behalf at a Los Angeles court and said he “strongly rejects” all the allegations.

Also, Megan’s lawyer said, she had received many threats and so they proceed to file the case for her safety.

Many artists, such as Trae Tha Truth, Bun B, and Beyoncé, are using their resources to help people affected by the unprecedented snowstorm that caused a major power outage, freezing temperatures, leaking pipes that destroyed homes, and several deaths, including that of an 11-year-old boy.

Lanez used social media to announce that he is currently creating his watermark and that his first order of business is to help those in need in America's second-largest state.

He Tweeted

“Thankful to say I officially just created my ALKALINE WATER brand…umbrella water. The first thing I will do is go down to Texas and deliver a whole bunch of cases to people who need the water. I’ll make it and bring it.”

Lanez has not yet released what his brand will look like or when it will be distributed, but we are sure that Lanez has been providing support in other ways for now.
